THE BARO'T SAYA OF THE FILIPINO WOMEN IS EITHER A BLOUSE AND LONG SKIRT THAT IS PARTNERED WITH A SCARF OR BANDANA OVER THE ARMS OR OVER THE SKIRTS OR A LONG GOWN WITH A PUFF UP SLEEVE JUST LIKE THE GOWNS WoRN BY OUR PRESIDENT MACAPAGAL-ARROYO AND FORMER FIRST LADY IMELDA MARCOS.THE BARONG TAGALOG IS HOW WE CALL THE GARBS OF MEN. FILIPINOS WEAR THESE CLOTHES DURING FORMAL OCCASIONS LIKE WEDDINGS, GRADUATION, BALLS, BIRTHDAYS(debut), AND SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS. U.S PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN WORE THE BARONG TAGALOG WHEN HE VISITED IN 1981.
