RISOTTO
RISOTTO is the way rice is cooked in Italy.First,put some butter or margarine on a sauce pan.Then place your uncooked rice.Put some water then mixed.When the water has dried, place some more water.Add water till the rice looked soft but not soggy.You can now add some of your add-ons like shrimp, fish or meat.Some cheese perhaps .If there are questions on this post, I will just ask my little chef Joyjoy for Answers.Just saw the recipe from her textbook.LOL!!!
