Daing na bangus-healthy Brunch
Boneless Milk fish with scrambled eggs and fried rice.This one is a common breakfast in Filipino families but for now, this is my brunch.It is well w/ either chopped tomatoes and onions or vinegar w/ soy sauce and garlic.Best served w/ your favorite hot coffee.
By the way, the deboned milk fish is best brought from Dagupan City, Philippines.Milk fish is our national fish.
