karekare- my honey's delight





I remember cooking this to my sisters in medical school and my uncle when they visited me.My real specialty.My husband loved this










Ingredients
1/2 kg beef pecho
2 1/2 liters water
2 11g MAGGI Beef Broth Cubes
1 cup sliced talong or eggplant
1 cup sliced sitao or string beans
1 pc cabbage,cut into pieces
1 pc banana heart,cut into pieces
1 cup peanut butter
Procedure
1. Tenderize beef in 2 liters of water for about 3 hours or until beef is very tender.
2. Add in MAGGI Beef Broth Cubes and the remaining 1/2 liter of water.
3. Add in vegetables and simmer until vegetables are crisp tender.
4. Stir in peanut butter .Mix thoroughly to melt the butter thoroughly
5. Simmer for 2 minutes.
6.Serve with hot rice and bagoong alamang or shrimp paste
