FILIPINO FOOD



















On the right are pastillas which are made from milk of carabao.The most popular are those made from San Miguel, Bulacan. The polvoron on the left are candies made from milk powder ,sugar and margarine.ABSOLUTELY,no melamine





















My favorite sour kilawing tanigue.the fresh fish meat is fermented only by vinegar overnight, then mixed with it are chili variant named labuyo, pepper, onion and cucumber.


























this is a kind of soup made from coconut.this is called ginatang halohalo because this also has banana(saba variety), sago, bilobilo which are white balls of malagkit, nangka, sweet potato cubes,ube or yam cubes






















Different types of Rice cakes like suman, bibingka,puto.On the picture is also a square of cassava cake.The rice cakes from Malolos is the best in Central Luzon
